The "Gourmet Grillers Food Truck" is dedicated to serving great food prepared daily with all fresh ingredients. We have created a menu with exciting new 'grilled' sandwiches as well as putting our own spin on some of the old classics. We use only the finest available products to prepare our sandwiches, such as Black Forest Ham and Angus corned beef brisket. We are committed to serve you excellent quality, great tasting food. Our pork butts and beef brisket are rubbed with our own spice mixture and slow smoked for 14-16 hours. Each burger is hand patted fresh, never frozen. Our creamy mac & cheese is homemade with fresh grated cheddar and american cheeses. All of our sauces and dressings are made with fresh herbs and spices. Our sides include fresh cut fries we fry twice to insure the best taste, then toss with fine ground sea salt. We offer different hand made ice creams daily. Chef Terry Taylor is a classically trained chef with numerous certifications in the food service industry, along with his sous chef Taylor Toombs.
